If you are from Odessa Texas then you know all about Fat Jack’s Bakery! Everything they bake is amazing! My new favorite thing is their pizza. I recommend the Heart Attack pizza! Their Brisket on a pizza is a game changer!
I really enjoy the selection. The customer service is fantastic. All their food is great. I highly recommend going here. I haven’t eaten a single item and been disappointed. Their Jalapeño kolaches often sell out so get there early. They sometimes have raffles for stuff as well. The only reason I don’t recommend going multiple times a week is because you will probably put on some weight from all the goodies they sell. Stop by before heading into the office and grab the jalapeño kolaches, cinnamon rolls, and lemon bars. Absolutely stellar.
All I can say is WOW!! 🤩 I seen a review on TikTok about this place so my daughter and I had to give it a try…. I will say we got 1 of almost everything because how can you know if you like a place if you don’t give everything a try right ?! lol (we did only take a bite or 2 of each except the peanut butter bar which we ate all of …because no way we could eat all that 😂) I have to say we were not disappointed! First thing… The heart attack pizza is so dang good! Our personal favs out of everything we tried were the peanut butter bar, cinnamon apple cake, pecan pie bar, pecan cinnamon roll, lemon bar, pecan white chocolate cookie, cherry chocolate cake, German chocolate cupcake, and the sausage jalapeño cheese kolache…. And we will be going back for the brisket kolache because they were out…(we went really late in the afternoon) we didn’t try anything we didn’t like! Everyone was super friendly and we most definitely recommend and will for sure be back!!!
Excellent little bakery- with great pastries for the price. Unexpectedly, was the pizza was the real show-stopper though. Holy smokes it’s delicious! 😍
Easily some of the best pizza I have ever had we got the heart attack, cheese and pepperoni slices. All three super delicious. And if you love kolache‘s this is the place to go. My father been taking me here since I was kid and now I get to do it with my son and it is a true blessing to enjoy this delicious food with my son.
My father in law really enjoys the heart attack pizza. He had one request for his visit from out of town and this was it. I didn't realize they closed early on Fridays and it was close to that time when I called. They without hesitation took my order and were so nice about it! It's always nice when a business is pleasant all the way up to closing time and not rude because they want to get done before they close. We appreciate the friendly service and, as usual, the pizza was delicious! (Thanks for the laughs too😂)

A cute little family bakery. A must-visit if you're in Odessa. The owners are friendly and funny. They serve a giant cinnamon roll that is incredibly fluffy and tastes absolutely amazing. They'll even warm it up for you upon request.
Fat jacks is the result of when passion meets love for what you do. FLAVOR FLAVOR FLAVOR FLAVOR FLAVOR Till today I never had a smoked brisket jalapeno kolache!!! Or even knew anyone make them! Variety in cinnamon rolls!!??🤯🤯 look at the pic! You cannot go wrong here. Also PIZZA 🍕!!!!!
Real Texas Size pastries ! Got ourselves some delicious cinnamon rolls which were literally the size of my toddlers head ! Also tried their sauce and egg croissant and some of the best biscuits and gravy that I’ve ever had ! Highly recommend this place.
